1. Introduction

It's five weeks into zombie outbreak hell. You are Sean Page, a former
NSA operative asssigned to a task force. Your mission is to investigate an
electronic signal sent out from a research facility in the zombie-infested Tempest
City. It's your job to make sure you and your teammates get out alive.

2. Installation

Installation is simple. Run the setup.exe and install to a location of your
choosing - Windows/Games is the default. After that, run the game.

3. Features

Designed primarily with action in mind rather than survival horror, Tempest
City is a moody, adrenaline-filled top-down shooter. The action is fast-paced and
the zombies are unforgiving, but you have a keen eye and a sizeable arsenal of weapons
at your disposal as you progress through the storyline.

The game features sixteen levels spread across Tempest City. There are
cutscenes for each level that provide character interaction and advance the plot.
Two different endings are available. In addition, five bonus levels are available
to unlock allowing you to replay certain levels with different characters.

There are sixteen different weapons available, ranging from handguns to
assault rifles. Each weapon is modeled after real-world weapons in regards to
magazine size and rate of fire. As you progress through the storyline, different
weapons will become available for you to use.

4. Controls

6. Hints and Tips

	- At all times you carry a sidearm and a primary weapon. Your sidearm
has unlimited ammo and can be reloaded indefinitely.

	- Your primary weapon begins with a limited number of spare magazines.
Extra mags can be picked up during game play. Ammo for this weapon does
not carry over from level to level.

	- Zombies may or may not fall after a certain number of shots, depending on the
caliber of the weapon you're using. If it doesn't fall, space your shots out.

	- Reloading a non-empty magazine removes any cartridges still in it. Don't waste
ammo for your primary weapon by reloading needlessly.

	- A computer terminal with a keyboard can be accessed by walking up to it. These
terminals serve to open new areas by unlocking doors and deactivating laser barriers.

	- A wall terminal can be destroyed with a bullet if it controls power.
