Game rules
The world of Eclipse is populated with other cars. Always keep in mind that some of them are friendly and some of them are hostile. An enemy will open fire at you while civilian will just pass around you. So don't shoot the good guys. Not only because it's a bad manner but also because you will be penalized for such behavior in terms of loosing money. On the other hand if you destroy rebel car you will be rewarded. There are also pedestrians in the streets. They are just bystanders that may get harmed without any consequences.
Your car armor is indicated by colored icon in the upper left corner of the screen. Green color means perfect condition, red color means trouble. If the red color starts flashing it means REAL trouble. Next to it there is number representing amount of credits you have. It is color coded again. Green means positive value, red means negative value - you owe money.
Money is the most important thing. Money are called credits here on Moon. For credits you can buy new cars in car shops and weapons in gun shops. Also traveling is costly so make sure you never run out of credits. Apart from earning credits by killing rebels you will get rewards for completing objectives. With the earned money you can buy new weapons and cars, pay for travel and flight tickets and repair your car. In some situations your bank account can go to negative values.
As you will proceed through campaign you will get new cars and weapons. Once a weapon is bought you will equip all of your cars with it and you can switch waepons any time. But you can change cars only in car depot which is located in your mothership. If you want to use other car that you have bought previously enter spaceport and either fly to another district or land in the same city. You will be given a chance to select any car you own upon arrival to spaceport.
