Dr. Giraffe and the Cannon Masters
v. 1.01

Introduction
Dr. Giraffe and the Cannon Masters is a 3D clone of the classic Artillery game for two players on the same computer.

System requirements
Note: these requirements are only estimations.
*A 400 MHz processor or higher.
*64 MB RAM.
*OpenGL compliant 3D grahics card.
*2 MB of free HD space.
*A mouse and a keyboard.
*A soundcard (not required, but recommended).
*A friend to play against.

The goal of the game
The goal is simply to aim your cannon so that it will hit your enemy. Every new game, a wall with random height is created between you and your opponent and the two cannons are placed at random positions.

How to play the game
Each time it's your turn the camera will move over to your side and the control panel will be shown. You may then use the following controls:
Arrow keys - Move camera along the x-axis.
Mouse - Change the values of the two angles and the power amount.
Space key - Fire cannon.

What to do if the game runs slowly
Due to my infinite laziness, Dr. Giraffe and the Cannon Masters has no options menu where you can change things such as resolution and graphical detail. However, it does have a file called 'config.txt' in the game directory. In this file you may change whether the game runs in fullscreen of windowed mode, the screen resolution, whether the sound should be on or off, whether to use texturing or not (turning this off will make the game look like shit, but it will run much smoother) and whether to use mipmapped textures or not.
For all options other than screen resolution zero equals to false and anything but zero equals to true.
Note that setting other than standard resolutions (640x480, 800x600, 1024x768 etc.) will cause the game to crash if running in fullscreen mode.
Should you screw up the values you may simply delete the file, thus causing the game to restore the default values (a new file will be created when you run the game).
