---- About CQFF ----

Thanks for downloading Cougar's Quest for Freedom! I hope you enjoy the game.

CQFF was created by me, and play tested by my wife. We created it for the July 2004 MAGS competition. http://www.mags-competition.tk/

Chris Jones Adventure Game Studio software was used to create the game. Check it out here. http://www.agsforums.com/

---- How to play ----

Double click CHRA.EXE to start the game. The WINSETUP.EXE file allows you to set display and sound options.

The controls work like the Sierra point and click adventures. Right click to cycle through available commands. The red spot on each cursor is the 'hotspot' - that's the area of the cursor you need to click on an object to get a result.

A new control is available: claw target. You can use this to tear things up for fun, and it is used as part of the main puzzle.

You can jump up on some things in the game. To do so, click the USE (paw) icon on what you want to get on. To get down, click the USE icon on the floor.

When you hear a cat meow sound, that means you got some points.
