SONIC & KNUCKLES FLICKY PANIC - INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL

CHAPTER 1 - INSTALLATION

Thanks to have downloaded my new game Sonic & Knuckles Flicky Panic. In the zip file you will find 4 files: Sonic And Knuckles Flicky Panic (THE GAME), 2 FONTS FILE (Agency FB) then you need to install in your FONTS FOLDER of Windows before to start the game, this manual and a quick help.

MINIMAL HARD REQUIREMENT

INTEL CELERON 733+MHZ - 64 MB RAM - 64 MB VIDEO MEMORY - SOUNDBLASTER COMPATIBLE - SPACE ON HD: 100+ MB - WINDOWS 98/XP - MOUSE - KEYBOARD 

CHAPTER 2 - START TO PLAY

At the title screen you need to select NEW GAME option if is the first time you play Sonic & Knuckles Flicky Panic or CONTINUE if you want to continue a session.

CHAPTER 3 - 1 PLAYER MODE

This is the main menu:

In the center of the screen there are the zones with these descriptions ZONE NAME, BEST SCORE, RANK (it's from C, bad... to A excellent, you need to get an A rank to get the bonus stage for one of  the Chaos Emerald!) and the EMERALD ICON (if you get an A rank it starts to lamp, select the icon to go to the BONUS STAGE). At the right of the screen there are 4 modes: 1 PLAYER MODE, 2 PLAYER VERSUS (to play against your friends) EXIT GAME (to exit the game) and MUSIC (on or off). At low of the screen there is the character select, you can swith from Sonic to Knuckles every time you want!

CHAPTER 4 - HOW TO PLAY

The game is composed of 7 zones. Every zone is composed of 3 acts. In each act you need to free 5 FLICKIES in the capsules to proceed next stage. In every stage there are 3 types of bonus: RINGS (the health of Sonic & Knuckles), MONITORS (you'll get 10 rings istantanealy) and SECRET EMBLEMS (then appair if you get closer!) then give you 1000, 3000 and 5000 points! To get a great rank you need to finish the zone with many points (every enemy killed give you 500 points!), time and rings! This is the 1 player mode screen, let's have a look:

RINGS: number of rings you have

TIME: time you have to clear the zone

SCORE: your score

LIVES: number of lives. When you reach no lives, you get the Game Over.

FLICKIES: number of Flickies you have to set free

CHAPTER 5 - CONTROLS

CHAPTER 6 - SPECIAL STAGE

If you get an A RANK in the zone you can access to one special stage to get the Chaos Emerald. In this stage you need to get all the rings in the time limit (showed at the center of the screen) to get a Chaos Emerald. Only if you get all the 7 Chaos Emeralds you can get the final battle!

CHAPTER 7 - TWO PLAYERS VERSUS

In this mode you can challenge your friends in a battle! Who can reach many rings in the time limit?

The screen will be change in 2 players mode:

SONIC RINGS: number of Sonic' rings

TIME: time of the battle (when the time get 0 the character then have most rings wins!)

KNUCKLES RINGS: number of Knuckles' rings

CHAPTER 8 - CONCLUSIONS
